We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading residential builder delivering premium high-rise developments across the Gold Coast.

This role will suit a commercially focused professional with experience managing large contract portfolios on complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration across major projects
• Manage procurement and subcontractor agreements
• Lead commercial negotiations and risk management
• Ensure contractual compliance and project profitability
• Support Project Managers throughout project delivery

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Senior Contract Administrator
• Experience on large-scale residential or commercial projects
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement
