Desired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in an agile delivery capacityStrong knowledge of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologiesProven ability to utilise structured approaches for process optimisation and performance managementComfortable working remotely within defined operational systems and performance expectationsOpen to applying agile expertise in non-traditional or emerging digital environments
