We have an exciting subletting opportunity available within our busy, purpose-built children’s gym in Strathpine and are seeking vibrant, passionate professionals to join our growing paediatric community.

The Opportunity

This would ideally suit an experienced professional with an established or growing client base who is looking for an ongoing professional hub to see clients, without the expense and commitment of operating an entire clinic. Alternatively, an experienced clinician burnt out from working towards high KPI’s for the same salary looking for a new challenge. You will have the ability to advertise onsite in a busy gym with an active membership base of over 500 children- 7 months to 15 years. Grow your own business as big or as small as you desire with the support of owner operators who are also health professionals.

Our facility offers so much more than a traditional consulting room. You will have access to:

• A private, air-conditioned clinic room with hot-desk facilities

• A large soft-play and movement arena, ideal for functional, play-based and gross motor therapy

• A dedicated fitness and strength arena with a variety of fitness-style equipment

• Kitchenette with tea and coffee along with full bathroom facilities for families

• On-site parking in a convenient Strathpine location on Gympie Rd

We are looking for professionals who operate independently as a sole trader with current ABN and Insurance, hold all relevant qualifications, registrations and insurances, and share our passion for supporting children and their families.

                                    Weekends available by prior booking only

Weekly Rent:            $450 Inclusive of utilities

Daily Rent:                $130 Inclusive of utilities
