Darvella Patisserie is looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our growing bakery team.

We're a well-loved Brisbane patisserie known for beautiful laminated pastries, handcrafted croissants, and a commitment to quality ingredients and real craft. Role Details

• Location: Darvella Patisserie, Brisbane

• Start Time: Early mornings from 2:00 AM — please ensure you're comfortable with early starts before applying

• Employment Type: Full-time preferred (part-time or casual may be considered for the right person)

• Weekend work required

What We're Looking For

• Pastry experience — lamination and/or bread experience highly valued

• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your work

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team

• A positive attitude and real passion for the craft

• Comfortable with early morning starts (2:00 AM)
