As we continue to grow across Australia, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our Melbourne team.

About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Hospitality sales and account management. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients across the Melbourne metropolitan area and building new relationships and growth of new clients,

Working alongside an experienced sales team, you will receive training, mentoring, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing Oil2U customers.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food service and hospitality sectors.

• Conduct customer visits and Equipment reviews.

• Generate and follow up sales leads.

• Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.

• Work closely with the National Sales Manager teams to ensure outstanding service delivery.

• Maintain accurate customer records and activity through the CRM system.

• Represent the Oil2U brand with professionalism and integrity.

About You

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a career in sales.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, organised, and driven to achieve results.

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is advantageous but not essential.

• A current Australian driver's licence and a clean driving record.

• Full Australian working rights.
