About the Roles

We are seeking Chefs and Hospitality team members to join this fun  and busy team 

• Chefs - Full time and casual positions avaialble 

• Bartenders - min 1 year experience, gaming experience 

• Bottleshop - Sales 

• Cleaner - Casual 5-15 hours per week Monday/Friday and Saturday 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Commis Chef or CDP in a similar kitchen environment

• Passion for quality food and presentation

• Ability to work well within a team and follow direction

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

• Bar team members should enjoy a good natter with guests.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Must have good availability including weekends

• Special role available for persons with HT licence
