About the role
Relationships Australia Canberra & Region (RACR) is a leading community organisation committed to supporting families through life’s challenges. Our Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) services provide a safe, impartial, and child-focused environment for separating parents and families to resolve disputes constructively. We help families navigate complex issues such as parenting arrangements and communication breakdowns, empowering them to make decisions that prioritise the wellbeing of children and foster respectful relationships.
As part of our FDR team, you will work within a nationally accredited framework, delivering services that uphold best practice standards and legislative requirements. You will collaborate with clients to manage conflict, explore options, and reach agreements that support positive outcomes for families. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping families transition through separation with dignity and care.

The role is responsible for managing administrative operations and case support functions across Post Separation Services, ensuring seamless service delivery and high‑quality client experiences. This position plays a central role in supporting the client journey from the initial point of contact through to the completion of their intervention, providing continuity, responsiveness, and operational excellence.
