Two Roster Options Available – Choose What Suits Your Life

We’re expanding and are hiring electricians for both of the following rosters:

Option 1: 4-Day Weekend Crew

• Work Friday to Monday or Saturday to Tuesday

• Choose between a 32-hour week across four 8-hour days or a 40-hour week across four 10-hour days

• Three guaranteed days off every week

• Ideal for family time, training, recovery or lifestyle balance

• Wage guide: $60–$69 per hour + overtime

Option 2: Standard Monday–Friday Crew

• Monday to Friday

• 7:30am–4:00pm

• Consistent hours, strong structure and no guesswork

• Wage guide: $50–$60 per hour + overtime

Your Day-to-Day

• Domestic electrical maintenance across the Perth metropolitan area

• Fault-finding and troubleshooting

• Power, lighting and circuit repairs

• Switchboard repairs, upgrades and installations

• RCD and smoke alarm compliance work

• Property maintenance and reactive service work

• Customer service, quoting and problem-solving

• Maintaining Hilton’s high-quality service standards

• Representing a trusted local Perth brand

What You Need

Essential:

• WA A-Grade Electrical Licence

• Current WA driver’s licence

• Experience in domestic electrical maintenance

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously

• Reliable, honest and team-oriented

Nice to Have + $$$—Not Essential:

• Split-system air-conditioning licence

• Solar installation experience

• EV charger installation experience

• Data and communications experience

• Switchboard upgrade experience

• Commercial maintenance experience

• Experience mentoring apprentices

• Leadership or supervisory experience
