Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

EMBR is an innovation digital studio that builds businesses, products and helps our clients scale.
We're not an agency.
We're not a software consultancy.
We're a team obsessed with creating things that shouldn't exist yet.
One month we might be launching AI-powered authority websites.
The next we're building internal AI tools.
The month after we're testing a completely new business.
Speed matters.
Creativity matters.
Execution matters.
We believe AI has fundamentally changed how products are built, and we're looking for someone who agrees.
We're looking for an AI-native Full Stack Product Builder.
Someone who doesn't just write code.
Someone who designs, prototypes, experiments and ships.
You'll work directly with our founders turning ideas into working products—sometimes in days rather than months.
You'll help create:
AI-powered web applications
Authority websites
SaaS products
Internal business tools
Marketing experiments
Landing pages
AI workflows
Entire new businesses
If you love building things quickly and seeing real people use them, you'll love this role.
You regularly build things because you can't help yourself.
You use AI every single day.
You know when to use Claude.
When to use ChatGPT.
When to use Cursor.
When to use Windsurf.
When to use v0.
When to use Lovable.
When to use Bolt.
When to use GitHub Copilot.
You don't wait for perfect requirements.
You prototype.
You iterate.

Build full-stack web applications
Prototype ideas rapidly
Turn Figma designs into production code
Create beautiful UI/UX experiences
Build AI integrations
Deploy applications
Maintain existing projects
Suggest better ways to solve problems
Experiment with new AI tools
Help create entirely new businesses
Excellent JavaScript/TypeScript
React / Next.js
Modern backend experience

Strong understanding of AI coding tools
You know how to use AI to multiply your output.
You don't see AI as autocomplete.
You see it as your development team.
You can go from an idea to a deployed product unbelievably quickly.
