Job Description

Plan and organise the preparing and cooking of food

Discussing food preparation issues & procedures with Management, kitchen and waiting staff

Responsible for overseeing hygiene regulations & compliance with WH&S rules & regulations

Responsible for producing the highest quality food for guests and taking full responsibility of the kitchen

Responsible for ordering food supplies 

Setting up and establishing new outlets with management nationwide

Requirements: Skills & Experience

2 years’ work experience in a cook capacity.

Passion for food and knowledge of Chinese cuisine

Ability to produce high quality and complex menu items in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Thrive in a high volume, high pressure environment.

High communication skills with Management Team & Staff

Hygiene, cleanliness and safety 

Flexible to work a variety of shifts across a rotating roster including nights and weekends

Have full Australian working rights

Dish Washer

Requirements: Skills & Experience

Thrive in a high volume, high pressure environment.

Had experience in relation to Chinese cuisine.

High communication skills with Management Team & Staff

Willing to learn different techniques

Hygiene, cleanliness and safety 

Attention to detail

Flexible to work a variety of shifts across a rotating roster including nights and weekends

Have full Australian working rights

Waiting Staff

Requirements: Skills & Experience

Thrive in a high volume, high pressure environment.

2 years’ work experience 

High communication skills with Management Team & Staff

Honest and hard working

Displays initiative

Team player

Customer focused

Hygiene, cleanliness and safety 

Attention to detail

Flexible to work a variety of shifts across a rotating roster including nights and weekends

Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

Have full Australian working rights
