We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing WA team and help bring commercial spaces to life. Whether it's a fast-paced refurbishment or a complex fitout, you'll take ownership of site delivery from start to finish while being backed by a team that values quality, collaboration and recognises great work.

About The Role

As a Site Manager supporting Unita projects, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery - coordinating trades, managing sequencing and logistics, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects moving to programme.

Working closely with our teams, you'll identify issues early, maintain quality workmanship and ensure sites are run professionally from start to finish.

Previous experience delivering commercial fitout projectsStrong subcontractor coordination and site management capabilityAbility to manage sequencing, logistics and programme outcomesStrong focus on quality, safety and client experienceWhite Card (mandatory)Valid driver's licence (mandatory)First Aid & CPR certification preferred
