What you'll be doing

·       Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner

·       Scheduling appointments and managing client records in our practice management system

·       Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner

·       Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and general office duties

·       Maintaining a neat and organised reception area

·       Providing support to the clinical team as required

What we're looking for

·       Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, ideally in a medical or healthcare environment

·       Minimum 6 months of healthcare or medical reception experience is required

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients

·       Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

·       Proficiency in using practice management software, Microsoft Office suite and other office equipment

·       Experience with any healthcare software system is required

·       A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude

·       A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy

·       Australian citizenship is required for this position
