About you

• You are passionate about entertainment

• You have a vibrant personality that captivates an audience

• You are confident and outgoing 

• You want to help us deliver a 5 Star experience

• You are able to get to work on time

• You can use a basic customer booking operating system

• You’re available during evenings and weekends

• You have your RSA or willing to obtain

• you are first aid trained or willing to obtain

What we expect you to do for the most part

• Prepare and organize session paperwork, including scoresheets and waivers 

• Complete the full check in and check out process on the venue computer

• Host 2 hour tournament competitions for large groups 

• Facilitate multiple smaller group 1 hour sessions

• Entertain, engage and energize each customer group with the ability to read the room

• Have a keen eye to be able to spot those customers who might need that extra bit of attention

• Deliver clear safety instructions to all groups

• Monitor customers adherence to safety requirements at all times

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as ensuring cleanliness of the venue and preparing targets for use

• Complete all on the job and virtual training
