Kiss My Axe is Sydney’s premier axe throwing venue, delivering high-energy experiences for groups, parties, and corporate events. We’re all about fun, safety, and creating an unforgettable atmosphere for our guests. With venues full of energy and personality, we’re looking for vibrant, confident people to join our team as Axe Throwing Coaches.

As an Axe Throwing Coach, you’ll be the face of the action. You’ll lead sessions for groups of all ages, teaching them how to throw safely and with style, while keeping the energy high and ensuring everyone has a great time.

This role is a mix of entertainer, coach, and host – so confidence, charisma, and people skills are just as important as technique.

• Deliver fun and engaging axe throwing sessions for individuals, groups, parties, and corporate events.

• Teach safe and proper throwing techniques to guests of all skill levels.

• Maintain a high level of safety at all times, ensuring all rules are followed.

• Bring energy and enthusiasm to every session – you’re there to make sure everyone has a blast.

• Assist with venue setup, cleaning, and general operations.

• Promote our leagues, memberships, and special events to guests.

• Represent the Kiss My Axe brand with professionalism and personality.

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking to groups.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• A natural entertainer – you can bring energy and fun to every group.

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

• Physically capable of demonstrating axe throwing (training provided).

• Hospitality, events, or coaching experience is a bonus, but not essential.

• Fun, fast-paced, and social work environment.

• Full training provided – no axe throwing experience needed!
