At Hanes Brands Australasia, we're looking for a passionate and influential Safety Lead to drive our safety strategy and partner with leaders across our, distribution centre operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced safety professional who thrives on building strong relationships, influencing change and creating a proactive safety culture.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the delivery of safety programs, initiatives and compliance activities
• Partner with leaders to identify, assess and mitigate workplace risks
• Drive injury prevention, incident management and return to work outcomes
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on safety best practice
• Analyse safety data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support audits, investigations and regulatory requirements
• Champion continuous improvement and a positive safety culture across the business

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in a Health, Safety & Wellbeing role
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and investigation capabilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement
