At Hanes Brands Australasia, we're looking for a passionate and influential Safety Lead to drive our safety strategy and partner with leaders across our, distribution centre operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced safety professional who thrives on building strong relationships, influencing change and creating a proactive safety culture.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the delivery of safety programs, initiatives and compliance activitiesPartner with leaders to identify, assess and mitigate workplace risksDrive injury prevention, incident management and return to work outcomesProvide coaching and guidance to leaders on safety best practiceAnalyse safety data and trends to identify opportunities for improvementSupport audits, investigations and regulatory requirementsChampion continuous improvement and a positive safety culture across the business

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in a Health, Safety & Wellbeing roleStrong knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance requirementsExperience influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisationOutstanding communication and relationship-building skillsStrong problem-solving and investigation capabilitiesA proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement
