Enrolments Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Enrolments Coordinator to join our Family Care team.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Family Care Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring family enrolment information is entered accurately, verified and maintained across our systems.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• High-volume and accurate data entry of family enrolment information
• Reviewing and verifying documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance
• Setting up new family accounts and entering Direct Debit details in QikKids
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date enrolment records
• Managing data across QikKids, Salesforce and waitlists
• Identifying missing, inconsistent or incorrect information and following up as required
• Ensuring confidential family information is handled securely and appropriately
• Updating and maintaining databases and electronic records
• Supporting Centre teams with enrolment data and administration requirements
• Responding to queries and providing accurate information to families and Centre teams
• Assisting with general administration and data-related projects across the Family Care team

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A high level of accuracy when entering, checking and maintaining information
• The ability to identify errors, inconsistencies and missing information
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to manage repetitive data-entry tasks while maintaining a consistently high standard
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A high level of confidentiality and a strong compliance mindset
• Confidence working independently and managing deadlines
• The ability to learn and work across multiple computer systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with QikKids, particularly Kiosk, would be highly regarded
• Salesforce experience would be advantageous
• Working knowledge of the Child Care Subsidy System (CCSS) would be advantageous

A current Working With Children Check, Blue Card or relevant Safety Screening, along with PRODA and a Police Check, is required or must be obtainable.
