Junior Property Manager (Can Start Asap)

Are you super organised, motivated, and ready to kick-start your career in property? We’re looking for a JUNIOR LEGEND Property Manager and support our Senior Manager with rental properties around the Sunnybank region of Brisbane.

👉 RECOMMENDED — Must hold a Certificate of Registration or be willing to attain one upon commencing the role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Being the day-to-day support for our Senior Property Manager, assisting with a wide range of tasks

• Helping with property viewings, tours, and interviews with prospective tenants

• Communicating with residents and handling questions or concerns

• Processing rental applications, running credit checks, and learning to negotiate lease contracts

• Reporting maintenance issues and making sure properties are in top shape

• Helping with budgets, rent collection, basic bookkeeping, and tenant notices

• Keeping files and records organized and up to date

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• A proactive attitude and a hunger to learn

• Great admin, organizational, and tech skills

• Clear communication skills — written and verbal

• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

• Friendly personality and great with people

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

• Preferably a Mac user (we use Apple software for forms)

• MUST have a car and be able to drive to properties

• Able to start ASAP (Be available Saturday mornings!)

Position Details:

• Contractor role: 1-2 days/week

• Flexible days and hours

• Lots of room to grow as you gain more experience!
