About the Role

Due to our continued success and growth, Monford are seeking an experienced Project / Site Civil Engineer to be a key member of our Civils team to help kick start a new project just over an hour south of Perth. Initially starting in our Head Office in Perth, and mobilise to site once works commence.

Role Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating day to day site activities including planning, preparing work packages and managing and coordinating subcontractors to ensure works completed safely, on time and to project specifications
• Manage the planning, daily costings, monitoring, measuring and reporting of progress and costs
• Manage budgets and create accurate forecasts for the scope of works
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, estimating materials costs and provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Provide support to the wider Project and Design Teams as required

About You

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following; 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in design and site based engineering roles preferably in the Construction & Renewable Industries
• Strong technical knowledge and ability in Civil Engineering
• Excellent communication and with the ability to engage stakeholders and guide teams to success
• Ideally based in Perth and open to DIDO
