Benchmark Consulting is a growing Western Australian project consulting and advisory firm working across government, mining, construction and infrastructure projects throughout WA. We’re looking for a motivated Site & Project Civil Engineers to join our East Perth team. This is an opportunity to work directly alongside experienced engineers and project professionals, gaining hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle.

The Role

• Assisting with civil engineering design and technical documentation.

• Supporting project planning and delivery.

• Preparing construction quality and commercial documentation, including cost & production tracking.

• Preparing calculations, reports, scopes and specifications.

• Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors, including subcontract management.

• Assisting with site inspections and construction activities, including problem solving for site construction teams.

• Supporting principal engineers and project managers with day-to-day project delivery.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Up to 3 years’ relevant experience.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work within a team.

• Australian working rights and a current Driver’s Licence.

• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Propeller and/or 12d is advantageous but not essential.
