MBCM is seeking a Part Time Strata Manager / Owners Corporation Manager to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Strata or Owners Corporation professional ready to take ownership of a manageable portfolio within a collaborative and growing business. What you'll be doing?

• Manage Meetings: Attend and chair meetings for Owners Corporations, taking a confident and organised lead in facilitating productive outcomes for committees and lot owners.

• Coordinate Maintenance: Oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractor engagement, ensuring properties are well-managed and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• Respond to Enquiries: Handle enquiries from owners, committees, tenants, and contractors with professionalism and care, building strong and lasting relationships.

• Conduct Site Visits: Carry out regular site visits and property inspections to maintain portfolio standards and proactively identify any issues.

• Ensure Compliance: Apply a sound understanding of Owners Corporation legislation and regulations to ensure all managed properties remain compliant.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management or Owners Corporation management is required to succeed in this role.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential, with the ability to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders.
