YOUR ROLE

As the Key Account Coordinator based in Minto, NSW, you will provide dedicated support to a key customer within our Finished Vehicle Logistics division. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will assist with day-to-day customer requirements, fostering strong customer relationships, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality service outcomes.

This role will require you to spend 2-3 days per week onsite with the customer at their Macquarie Park location to support operational requirements.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding vehicle locations, shipment status, and service-related matters.
• Maintain daily ETA reporting and provide delivery updates to customers and dealers.
• Prepare and distribute KPI, transit time, and operational performance reports.
• Manage vehicle bookings and maintain accurate customer and operational records across multiple systems.
• Upload and maintain customer rates and operational data to ensure system accuracy.
• Manage damage claims, including investigation, administration, and communication of outcomes to dealers.
• Liaise with operations teams to resolve customer issues and support the delivery of service commitments.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment where responsiveness, accuracy, and relationship management are critical to success.

• Strong customer service and administration experience.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience within logistics, transport, automotive, or a similar operational environment is highly regarded but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently while managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle to travel between CEVA and customer sites as required.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
