B. Architects is a dynamic Sydney-based architectural practice delivering bespoke design solutions across commercial, residential, education, infrastructure and inclusive design projects.

We are looking for an Experienced Graduate of Architecture to join our growing team and contribute across multiple stages of project development — from concept design and planning approvals through to detailed documentation and project delivery.

Working closely with directors, clients and a broad network of consultants, you will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse and engaging projects while developing your design, technical and project delivery skills within a collaborative studio environment.

As an Experienced Graduate of Architecture, you will play an active role in the design, documentation and delivery of projects across a range of sectors.

You will work closely with senior team members and consultants to develop thoughtful, practical and well-resolved architectural outcomes, while gaining exposure to projects from early design through to construction.

• Assist with the design, development and documentation of architectural projects across commercial, residential, education, infrastructure and inclusive design sectors.

• Prepare and contribute to DA, CC and CDC documentation packages.

• Develop high-quality architectural drawings, presentations, documentation and design material.

• Assist with detailed documentation, detailing and construction information.

• Coordinate architectural documentation with engineers, consultants, certifiers, clients and relevant authorities.

• Participate in client meetings, design workshops and project coordination meetings.

• Assist with planning and design responses in accordance with relevant controls and requirements.

• Contribute to project delivery while maintaining strong design, technical and documentation standards.

• Work collaboratively with the broader project team to resolve design and documentation issues.

• Take initiative in progressing tasks and meeting project deadlines.

• Bachelor's and Master's qualification in Architecture.

• 3–5 years of professional experience within an architectural practice.

• Strong proficiency in Archicad & TwinMotion.

• Good understanding of Australian building regulations, planning processes and construction methodologies.

• Strong design, documentation and architectural detailing skills.

• Experience preparing documentation for planning and construction approvals.

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of drawing and documentation quality.

• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing tasks independently.

• A proactive, practical and solution-focused approach to design and project delivery.

• Genuine interest in architecture, design quality and the delivery of well-resolved projects.
