About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Graduate of Architecture to join our studio and contribute to a variety of exciting ongoing and upcoming projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to be part of a dynamic team working on high-profile and large-scale architectural projects.

Qualifications Required:

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural documentation using Revit.

• Produce construction documentation and technical drawings.

• Develop BIM models in accordance with project standards.

• Coordinate documentation with structural, civil and MEP consultants.

• Review consultant drawings and incorporate design changes.

• Assist with BIM coordination and clash resolution.

• Maintain Revit models and project documentation.

• Ensure documentation complies with Australian Standards and NCC requirements.

• Support architects throughout documentation and construction phases.

• Ability to interpret survey data, levels and site constraints for documentation purposes.

• Conducting site inspections to verify measurements and update documentation.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years experience

• Advanced Revit Skills

• Experience working on large-scale projects such as mixed-use, health, infrastructure, or justice projects.

• Strong design skills and a passion for innovative, forward-thinking solutions.

• Well-developed drafting and technical skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to deliver solutions efficiently.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle conflicting priorities.
