About the role:

As a Reverse Mortgage Broker, you’ll manage a pipeline of warm enquiries and guide clients through the end-to-end lending process, from initial conversation through to settlement.

This isn’t a transactional sales role. You’ll be working with an older demographic, so success comes from patience, trust-building, and doing the right thing.

You Will

Manage and convert a steady flow of inbound leadsEducate clients on reverse mortgage products and suitabilityPrepare and submit credit proposalsAssess financial documents, including bank statementsIdentify and manage risks (e.g. vulnerability, elder abuse, gambling)Maintain compliance with responsible lending obligationsProvide ongoing communication and support throughout the process

About you:

You’re a confident financial services professional who combines sales ability with empathy and strong ethics.

We’re Looking For

Proven experience in financial services and/or salesStrong understanding of responsible lending principlesExperience preparing credit proposals and handling applications end-to-endExcellent communication skills (phone + written)A patient, consultative approach with older customersHigh attention to detail and strong compliance mindsetComfortable using CRM systems and digital tools

Desirable:

Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
