About This Role
Your new role:
As The Director Support Officer – Medical, You Will Provide Efficient, Effective, Ethical And Confidential Administrative And Secretarial Support To The Director And Medical Staff, Helping Ensure The Smooth Day-to-day Operation Of The Department. You Will
Act as a key point of contact, managing incoming and outgoing communications and preparing correspondence, briefs and other documentation.Coordinate appointments, meetings, calls and visitors, as well as conference and workshop arrangements including travel and accommodation.Maintain effective office records, filing systems and databases while ensuring administrative workflows are organised and efficient.Work with a high degree of autonomy to establish priorities, meet deadlines and support the smooth functioning of the unit.

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality administrative services, manage competing priorities and maintain effective workflows.Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively to complex issues within timeframes.A positive attitude, strong work ethic and initiative, with a commitment to quality, continuous learning and adapting to change.Demonstrated honesty, integrity and respect, with a genuine commitment to providing a professional and customer-focused service.

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
