About the role
There’s never been a better time to be in energy. And there’s never been a more exciting time to be at Endeavour Energy.
More than 2.7 million people across New South Wales rely on us every day for the supply of safe and reliable power to their homes and businesses. We employ more than 1,700 people across our catchment, making us one of the largest employers in Sydney’s Greater West.
To work with us in this role, you don’t need to have any energy experience. We need talented people who are ready for challenge and growth and value a sense of care and belonging. Why? Because our vision is to lead the way with smarter energy solutions. Play your part in helping us to put the customer first and transition to a cleaner, more sustainable energy future for us all.
Join a team helping shape the future resilience of our electricity network.
As a Resilience Engineer, you will support the development and delivery of initiatives that strengthen Endeavour Energy’s ability to anticipate, withstand, recover from and learn from disruptive network events. Working across a broad range of stakeholders, you will contribute to climate adaptation, risk assessment, network resilience planning and investment initiatives that support reliable electricity supply for our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and forward-thinking engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise, data-driven decision making and strategic thinking to address complex challenges facing the energy sector.
At Endeavour Energy, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure that supports millions of customers every day. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects that support network reliability, climate resilience and the transition to a smarter energy future.
We foster an inclusive, collaborative and supportive environment where employees are empowered to grow their careers, contribute ideas and make a lasting impact.
