Experienced Termite Technician/Inspector

Hills Guardian Pest Control is looking for an experienced Termite Technician to join our growing team.

This is a varied role covering termite inspections, termite treatments, baiting systems and general pest management—you won’t be limited to performing the same type of job every day.

Most of our work is located throughout the Hills District, so your schedule will generally involve less time driving between jobs and more time completing quality work for local clients.

We’re looking for a capable and dependable technician who takes pride in their inspections, communicates well and wants to be part of a supportive, professional team.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting thorough residential and commercial termite inspections

• Identifying termite activity, damage and conducive conditions

• Preparing clear recommendations and treatment proposals

• Completing chemical soil treatments and installing termite baiting systems

• Performing termite baiting and monitoring services

• Completing general pest management treatments

• Maintaining accurate service reports, treatment records and documentation

• Communicating findings and recommendations clearly to clients

• Looking after your company vehicle, equipment and PPE

• Supporting your teammates when required

What we’re looking for

• Current NSW PMT and TP licences

• Demonstrated termite inspection and treatment experience

• Ability to complete chemical soil treatments and install baiting systems

• Strong attention to detail across inspections, treatments and reporting

• Clear and professional communication with clients and office staff

• A strong work ethic and commitment to completing every job properly

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment

• Current Australian driver’s licence

This position is intended for an experienced and competent termite inspector who can confidently assess properties, explain findings and recommend appropriate solutions.

What you’ll receive

• $90,000–$110,000 per year (plus OT), depending on experience and capability

• 10% commission on successful upsells and quotes

• $10 for every five-star review you receive

• $100 monthly bonus for the technician who receives the most five-star reviews

• Optional Saturday work during busy periods

• Fully equipped company ute

• Fortnightly toolbox talks with breakfast provided

• Quarterly team events

• Varied termite and general pest work

• Strong office and field support

• Predominantly Hills District scheduling, with minimal long-distance travel between jobs

• A stable, full-time position with an established family-owned business
