About the role

Join our kitchen team as a casual Breakfast Chef, preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes for resort guests each morning. You’ll work alongside a collaborative kitchen and food & beverage team in a fast-paced, well-supported environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, this role suits a passionate chef who takes pride in quality and presentation.

Duties

• Prepare and present breakfast dishes to exceptional quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen at all times

• Implement stock control, rotation, and minimal wastage practices

• Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team during service

• Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a chef or breakfast-focused kitchen role

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (highly regarded)

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

• Passion for quality plating, presentation, and culinary excellence

• Strong teamwork and ability to perform efficiently under pressure
