About You & The Role

At CSI, we’re all about empowering people to live life their way- and our Support Workers are at the heart of that mission.

As a Support Worker, You’ll Be Providing Meaningful, In-home Support That Helps Clients Maintain Independence And Quality Of Life. Every Day Is Different, And Your Work Will Include Things Like

Personal careDomestic assistanceTransport to appointments or activitiesSocial and community support

You might also support clients with complex needs – but don’t worry, we’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident and capable.

What You’ll Need

We’re Looking for Support Workers Who:

Hold min Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disabilityBring previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and appsHold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or are willing to apply)Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 monthsHold a current First Aid CertificateHave a valid driver’s licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
