Clinic Manager

We are a premium holistic skin, cosmetic and injectables clinic on the Gold Coast, known for bespoke treatment plans, exceptional results and a client experience that feels considered from the first phone call to the final follow up.

Behind that experience is a team who look after each other. We are looking for a Clinic Manager who will protect that culture, lift the people in it, and drive the clinic forward commercially at the same time.

This is a hands on leadership role. You will be the person the team looks to, the voice a new client hears on the phone, and the one who keeps the day running beautifully from open to close.

You will lead from the floor, not from behind a closed door. Some days that means running KPI reviews and shaping strategy. Other days it means stepping onto front of desk because someone has called in sick. Both matter equally here.

Hours: Full time. Monday to Friday, alternating with every second week Tuesday to Saturday, with a 1pm finish on Saturdays.

• Leading, mentoring and motivating the clinic team day to day

• Running weekly team meetings and regular KPI reviews

• Supporting the team to achieve clinic targets as well as individual goals

• Managing our lead generation system, including phone follow up and conversion

• Optimising the clinic calendar for both client experience and revenue

• Covering front of desk and reception whenever the team needs it

• Coordinating roster cover and remaining contactable when unplanned absences arise

• Opening and closing the clinic as required

• Delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint

• Building a culture where the team feels supported, challenged and proud of their work

• Minimum 3 years experience in a clinic, salon, medical or service based management role

• Proven front of desk and reception experience, and genuinely happy to jump back on it

• A natural people person who leads with warmth and holds a high standard at the same time

• Confident on the phone and comfortable converting enquiries into bookings

• Commercially minded, with a track record of hitting targets and reading numbers

• A motivator who builds intrinsic drive in a team rather than relying on pressure

• Reliable, contactable and solutions focused when the unexpected happens

• Immaculate presentation and communication, in line with a premium clinic environment

• Aesthetics, dermal or injectables industry experience is highly regarded
