Outdoor Gym Group Leader - City of Salisbury

**Help people stay active, social and connected.**

Join a small volunteer team and support outdoor gym sessions in local parks across the City of Salisbury. You'll help participants use equipment safely, build confidence and enjoy being active in a welcoming and social environment. No fitness experience is required, with full training and ongoing support provided.

**What you will be doing**
* Help run outdoor exercise sessions for older adults
* Show people how to use outdoor gym equipment safely
* Create a friendly environment where people can stay active and meet others.

**Location & shifts**
* Various locations across the City of Salisbury
* 2 hour shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings or Thursday afternoons. Choose the sessions that suit you.
