We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

The role

Reporting to the Coordinator Customer and Digital Experience, we are seeking a Customer Experience Project Officer who can bring their skills and experience for:

• Working with Customer and Digital Experience Leads to execute customer experience projects, aligning with the Customer Experience Charter and organisational goals.
• Define and manage project scopes, schedules, milestones, resources, risks, and implementation plans in consultation with Leads.
• Track project performance, identify risks and issues, take corrective actions, and escalate when necessary.
• Support program data collection, governance, reporting, and evaluation.

To be considered you will have

• Degree or diploma in project management, business, service design, digital transformation, data analysis or a related discipline, and some relevant experience.
• Alternatively, lesser formal qualifications combined with substantial relevant experience in customer experience, project delivery, service improvement or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or significant project workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience analysing data and preparing evidence-based reports and recommendations.
