Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Consultant to join our Export Team within Customer Service. As the voice of our business, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience across every interaction.

This is a fast-paced, customer-centric role where you’ll support enquiries, identify solutions, and uncover sales opportunities while ensuring we consistently meet our customer promise.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle customer enquiries across sales, service, and backorders, aiming for first-call resolution
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best product and service solutions
• Deliver a high-quality, efficient and positive customer experience every time
• Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional value
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing
• Continuously look for process improvements and efficiency gains

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in customer service or a call centre (industrial supply/trade knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Ability to work well in a team and foster positive relationships
• Computer literacy (Windows, telephony systems)
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse and solve customer issues
• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude and commitment to high service standards
