RTO Compliance and Administration Officer

Momentum High Risk Training is a nationally registered training organisation delivering high-risk work licensing and nationally recognised training across the mining, construction, sugar and industrial sectors.

We pride ourselves on high quality training, strong industry partnerships and maintaining strict compliance with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and the Standards for RTOs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented RTO Compliance and Administration Officer to support the day-to-day administration and regulatory compliance of our RTO operations.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in the vocational education and training sector who enjoys working with systems, documentation and compliance processes.

Student Administration

• Process enrolments and maintain student records

• Verify USI numbers and student identification

• Maintain accurate student files and course documentation

• Issue Statements of Attainment

Compliance Management

• Maintain RTO compliance documentation including policies and procedures

• Assist with maintaining Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS)

• Monitor trainer qualifications and currency records

• Maintain validation and continuous improvement registers

Regulatory Reporting

• Assist with AVETMISS reporting and data quality checks

• Maintain student management system records

• Support regulatory reporting requirements

Quality Assurance

• Conduct internal file audits

• Review trainer assessment documentation

• Assist with preparation for regulatory audits

Your Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

• Strong administrative and document management skills

• High attention to detail

• Understanding of the Standards for RTOs

• Strong organisational, presentation and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience with student management systems

• Internal audit or compliance experience

• Knowledge of training packages and units of competency
