The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Learning Manager to lead G8 Education's enterprise learning and organisational capability function.

Reporting to the Head of Capability and People Performance, you'll shape the strategy for learning, leadership development and workforce capability across one of Australia's leading early childhood education providers. You'll partner with leaders across the business to design innovative learning solutions that strengthen leadership capability, build future talent and create a culture of continuous learning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic learning professional who enjoys influencing organisational performance, leading high-performing teams and driving meaningful capability outcomes at scale.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver G8's enterprise learning and capability strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs across all leadership levels.
• Create capability frameworks, career pathways and learning programs that support organisational growth and succession planning.
• Drive innovative, engaging learning experiences through blended learning, digital solutions and modern instructional design.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted development initiatives.
• Lead organisational learning projects that improve workforce capability and business performance.
• Oversee mandatory, regulatory and compliance learning across the organisation.
• Manage learning technologies, governance frameworks, reporting and learning effectiveness measures.
• Analyse learning data and workforce insights to continuously improve capability outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Learning team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

About You

You'll be a strategic learning and capability leader who is passionate about developing people and enabling organisational success. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders, influencing leaders and designing learning solutions that create measurable business impact.

You'll also bring:

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise learning, leadership development or organisational capability functions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and contemporary learning methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing leadership development frameworks and capability strategies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across large organisations.
• Experience leading learning technologies, learning management systems and digital learning solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to improve learning outcomes.
• Excellent project management, communication and change management skills.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
