The RoleAs a Principal Investigator, you will lead and manage a team which conducts a range of compliance, enforcement programs and investigation activities into relevant legislation administered by Consumer Protection.
Coordinating overt and covert inspection activities as part of compliance and enforcement programs to identify and pursue breaches of legislation and regulatory requirements.Developing best practice compliance and investigation skills.Providing high level advice to consumers and industry operations about complex and sensitive compliance.Manage the operations of the team including human, financial and physical resources to deliver quality compliance, enforcement and investigative outcomes.
