Job Title: TikTok Shop Manager
Location: Remote - United States

We are seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to lead and scale TikTok Shop performance across key markets. This role will own channel operations, affiliate growth, creator partnerships, and performance optimisation to drive revenue and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage TikTok Shop operations, listings, promotions, and compliance.
• Develop affiliate programmes, commission structures, and creator incentives.
• Drive creator content production and optimise campaign performance.
• Identify high-performing content and collaborate with paid media teams to scale results.
• Monitor channel performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
• Create processes and playbooks to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and scaling a TikTok Shop in the US market.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate programmes, creator partnerships, and Seller Center.
• Experience working with large creator and affiliate networks.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Experience within health, wellness, or consumer brands is advantageous.
