Manager, Brand PR - AuPac - 6 months contract role

Your day to day

• Develop and execute integrated public relations campaigns across Australasia and the Pacific, driving media coverage, consumer engagement, and brand awareness for a portfolio of brands and loyalty initiatives.
• Create compelling stories, media materials, campaign content, and communications plans that generate meaningful coverage and help differentiate brands within competitive markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders to maximise earned media opportunities and strengthen brand reputation.
• Partner closely with marketing, commercial, social media, and brand teams to deliver integrated campaigns that align with business priorities and commercial objectives.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, monitor media performance, manage budgets, and provide insights and recommendations that continuously improve results and return on investment.

What we need from you

• At least 5 years of experience in public relations, external communications, corporate communications, or agency environments, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences and channels.
• Strong media relations experience, including building relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners, ideally across lifestyle, travel, luxury, or consumer sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, budgets, and projects simultaneously while delivering against tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience measuring campaign performance and using insights to inform future communications strategies.
