About the role

Capers Early Learning Pumicestone are currently looking for a Qualified Experienced Educators to join our amazing, growing team!

With available positions for Educators who have experience working in a large outdoor environment, and a philosophy of nature play, we would love to see how we can support you in your Early Childhood career.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care for children

• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children

• Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs

• Evaluate effectiveness of different programs

• Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment

• Assist children with personal hygiene routines

About you

• Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate in an Education & Care Setting

• Current Working with Children Check

• Good knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework

• Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other educators

• Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
