Your Day-to-Day:
• Prepping and cooking tasty dishes that meet (and beat!) quality standards
• Collaborating with a tight-knit kitchen team that brings the good vibes daily
• Catering to dietary needs with confidence, flexibility and care
• Mentoring apprentices and helping bring the next generation of chefs to life

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and relevant kitchen experience
• A real passion for food, teamwork, and learning new skills
• A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Awareness of dietary needs, allergies, and intolerances – and how to plate up safely and deliciously
