What you will be doing:

1. Taking cares of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Lounge.  

2. Ensuring highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis. 

3. Rostering and controlling payroll in line with budget. 

4. Responsible for day-to-day order and stock count. 

5. Responsible to supervise Commis Chefs or Junior and establishing effective inter-departmental working relationships as well as communication between all team members. 

6. Coordinates daily tasks with the Executive Chef. 

7. Operating and maintaining all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning

8. Having excellent knowledge of menu creation
