At Valley Plastic Surgery, exceptional patient care sits at the centre of everything we do.
Founded by internationally recognised plastic surgeons Dr Raymond Goh and Dr Matthew Peters, Valley Plastic Surgery has built a reputation for outstanding patient experiences, uncompromising safety standards, and consistently excellent surgical outcomes.
A career with VPS is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to be part of a team that genuinely makes a difference in people’s lives. Every interaction matters, and our team plays a vital role in ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their surgical journey.
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and professional Client Support Officer to join our team.
The Role
This is a pivotal patient-facing and administrative position that helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy specialist practice.
Working closely with surgeons, nurses and fellow administration team members, you will help coordinate patient care, manage appointments and surgical bookings, and deliver the high level of service our patients have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities
· Be the first point of contact for patients via phone, email and in person.
· Provide a warm, professional and compassionate experience for every patient interaction.
· Assist patients with enquiries and support them throughout their journey with the practice.
· Manage consultation and procedure bookings.
· Assist with surgical scheduling and theatre coordination.
· Monitor patient progress through the clinic to ensure a seamless experience.
· Review and maintain consulting schedules in line with surgeon preferences.
· Identify opportunities to optimise appointment utilisation and fill gaps.
· Troubleshoot scheduling and administrative issues as they arise.
· Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.
· Take a proactive, hands-on approach and assist where needed.
· Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting.
About You
· Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy medical administration role.
· Strong understanding of appointment management and clinical workflows.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience using medical software and confidence with technology.
· Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure.
· Professional, mature and proactive approach.
· Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and patient-centred care.
The Opportunity
· Full-time position (38 hours per week)
· Monday to Friday
· No weekend work
· Supportive and collaborative team environment
· Opportunity to grow within a well-established specialist practice
If you are professional, organised, patient-focused and enjoy working in a high-performing healthcare environment, we would love to hear from you.
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your suitability for the role. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
