Job DescriptionSupport recovery. Build hope. Change lives.
Join the SURe (Substance Use Recovery) team and play a vital role in supporting people experiencing alcohol and other drug (AOD) challenges, mental health concerns, and complex life circumstances. Working within a compassionate, multidisciplinary environment, you'll help individuals navigate treatment, strengthen their wellbeing, and work towards meaningful recovery goals.
At Each, we believe recovery looks different for everyone. Through person-centred, trauma-informed support, you'll empower people to build on their strengths, access the right services, and create sustainable pathways toward healthier futures.
Your role, your impact
As a Care and Recovery Clinician, you'll work alongside individuals experiencing AOD and mental health challenges, providing coordinated support that helps them access treatment, build resilience, and achieve their recovery goals. You'll develop trusted relationships, advocate for clients, and collaborate with a broad network of services to ensure people receive the holistic support they need.
