Roles And Responsibilities

What role you will play in Team:

ServiceNow technical consultations for Architects, BA, BCL, and Service+ program

ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box vs Customisation Assessment (Impact to Maintainability & Upgradability)

Peer review and feedback for Architecture Solution Context and Epic acceptance-criteria

Lead DSO pre-PI planning for business epics, including impact assessment and bottom-up estimation.

Support DSO manager in planning tech debt and Innovation epics

ServiceNow design governance, review, and acceptance during implementation

Support with tech directions for Dev teams in resolving issues during build/test
