Team Leader – Domestic / Data Entry

Based in our Glendenning office, the role will be to lead our Domestic Council Administration and Data Entry teams. You will have the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a willingness to undertake various tasks, have excellent problem solving and time management skills and demonstrated high level customer service skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure high standards of customer service in the management of residential & Council requests ensuring they are dealt with in an efficient manner.

• Monitor workflow through internal monitoring systems.

• Manage escalations and ensure the teams KPI’s are exceeded.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in productivity within your team.

• Develop & execute individual training & development plans with your teams.

• Ensure daily timelines are met with the high levels of data entry accuracy.

• Lead the induction and training of your teams to a high standard, ensuring success.

• Other duties as required.
