People and Culture Performance Partner - Partnering Team

As our P&C Performance Partner, you’ll provide practical, commercially focused People & Culture support across your allocated portfolio. Working closely with leaders, team members and the Senior P&C Performance Partner, you’ll help deliver consistent, thoughtful and effective people outcomes.

You will support employee relations, industrial relations, performance, change, workforce planning and leader coaching, while knowing when to escalate risk and lean on senior support. This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the business, building trusted relationships and finding practical solutions that work for both our people and operations.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or developing P&C Partner who is ready to step into a broader partnering role, gain exposure to complex operational portfolios and continue building their ER/IR capability in a supportive team environment.

You are a calm, capable and approachable P&C professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and helping them work through people matters in a practical way. You do not need to have seen everything, but you bring sound judgement, curiosity and the confidence to ask the right questions.

• Experience in an HR advisory, generalist or business partnering role
• Sound understanding of ER/IR, employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence supporting performance, conduct and sensitive people matters
• Ability to balance care, risk and commercial outcomes
• A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to keep learning and build your partnering capability
