About the Role:
We are seeking Casual Front of House Attendants to join the Tunki team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing outstanding service, working as part of a professional team, and creating memorable experiences for guests.

The role offers approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on performance and business needs. Weekend availability is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive and friendly service to all guests
• Ensure accurate and efficient order taking and delivery
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and menu guidance
• Maintain clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-house areas
• Assist with set-up and pack-down of dining spaces
• Uphold venue standards for service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods
• Develop your knowledge of Tunki’s food, wine and beverage offering

About You:

• Previous experience as waitstaff in a high-volume or premium venue
• Energetic, guest-focused, and adaptable
• Reliable with a professional approach to hospitality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Current RSA certificate is essential
• Weekend availability is a must
• Wine and/or sake knowledge is preferred, but not essential

Pay: $33.85 – $67.70 per hour
