Come Work With Us!
Are you an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a background in mental health who enjoys working with young people? This position requires you to work autonomously and as part of a caring and compassionate multidisciplinary team who provides mental health assessment, planning, evidence based treatment and evaluation to prevent or minimise the physical, psychological and social consequences of emerging mental disorder in young people.
CASPAR (Comprehensive Assessment Service for Psychosis and At Risk) is a specialist youth mental health service providing in-reach into headspace sites across SESLHD. We provide short to medium term care. Interventions may be individual, family or group within a recovery based model.
Where you'll be working
The CASPAR teams works closely with headspace staff at the Miranda, Hurstville and Bondi Junction centres in the referral of young people, the delivery of specialist assessment and intervention, and builds capacity in early detection of emerging mental illness.
