Medico Legal Administration Assistant – Two Part-Time Opportunities

We currently have two part-time opportunities available within our Medico Legal team based in West Perth.

We are looking for experienced administration professionals who have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service.

Both positions work closely with our Specialist Occupational Physicians, Psychiatrists, patients and clients; however, the focus of each role differs slightly.

• Reception and general administration support

• Preparing patient files and managing bookings

• Responding to patient and client enquiries by phone and email

• Assisting with reception coverage as required

• Liaising with our doctors, specialists and wider administration team

• Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail

• Providing administrative support to our Specialist Occupational Physicians and Psychiatrists

• Coordinating appointments, reports and medico legal documentation

• Liaising with specialists, clients and patients

• Managing competing priorities and deadlines

• Ensuring documentation is prepared and managed accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional customer service

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous administration experience, with medical, legal or medico legal administration experience highly regarded

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Professional written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously

• A professional, welcoming and customer-focused approach
